Optimus Prime Helmet

The Optimus Prime Helmet is a detailed, wearable replica designed with mechanical motion, lighting, and sound features. The faceplate is motorized and moves with synchronized sound and light effects. Both side gear covers rotate, accompanied by red and blue LED lighting and mechanical rotation sounds. Additional LEDs are located in the antennas and forehead grille, which activate together during operation.

The helmet includes multiple modes, such as Energy Mode and Battle Mode. When these are activated, the faceplate, antennas, grille, and gear covers light up and move at the same time, with matching sound effects.

Built-in audio features include recorded Optimus Prime voice lines, transformation sounds, a boot up sound, and mechanical effects. A voice changer function automatically activates when the wearer speaks, adjusting the voice and synchronizing light and mask movement.

Controls are available through three input methods: voice commands, touch sensitive panels on both sides of the helmet, and a 2.4GHz remote control shaped like the Autobot symbol.

The helmet is padded inside for comfort and full coverage. Additional functions include a low voltage reminder system and a touch wake-up feature. The outer shell has a weathered paint finish for a more realistic appearance.

This design combines motion, lighting, and sound systems in a wearable format while maintaining detailed accuracy.
